Howlin' Wolf is the second album from blues singer Howlin' Wolf. It is also called The Rockin' Chair Album. In 2003, the album was ranked number 223 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

In 1984 this album was reissued by Chess Records as CH9183. The cover picture was changed slightly to remove "The Rockin' Chair Album" text and replace it with an eliptical logo that reads "CHICAGO 26 Golden years Single Album", and the "VOGUE" trademark was replaced with the "CH 9183" identifier.
