How Wood is a railway station in the village of How Wood, Hertfordshire, England.
It is the fourth station on the St Albans Branch Line after leaving Watford Junction. Like all the other stations on the branch (except Watford Junction), How Wood is now a simple unstaffed halt. It was opened in October 1988 to coincide with the overhead electrification of the line.

Currently there is a service every 45 minutes in either direction Monday to Saturday, with hourly service on Sundays. The railway takes 16 minutes to travel between Watford Junction and St Albans Abbey railway station.
