How the You-Know-Who Stole You-Know-What! is a commercial that airs around Christmastime. It was made in 2002 and is part of a series of several "Nickmas" shorts that come on during commercial breaks in the holidays on Nickelodeon.

In a parody of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Grinchelica/Angelica Pickles who, unlike the other Nicktoons, hates Nickmas, possibly because her pigtails are too tight or because she once lost Cynthia, but most likely because she wanted all the chocolate in Toonville. So one year she decided to steal it: a chocolate helmet, a chocolate board, chocolate figures of Ultra Lord, chocolate patties on a chocolate grill, chocolate worms from Phil and Lil, chocolate chalk from Rudy's work, chocolate all the way from Irk. That is, until she meets Plankton Lou Who/Sheldon J. Plankton, who questions her authority. Grinchelica thinks of a plan: kicking him back into bed. She goes up a mountain, but then she thinks about the Nicktoons that won't have their sweets. She doesn't care. The short ends with her stuffing her face with chocolate and burping.
