How High is a highly popular song about cannabis smoking by rappers Method Man & Redman. It performed better on the Billboard Hot 100 than any other song that Redman ever released and only one song that Method Man released. It is the first Method Man and Redman collaboration and is considered the foundation of their popularity as a duo. It was originally featured on the soundtrack to hip hop movie, The Show, but has since been featured in The Hip Hop Box, Def Jam's Greatest Hits and other compilations. Its remix and b-side is featured on Meth and Red's first collaborative album, Blackout!, as well as the How High Soundtrack. The "How High (Remix)", has a stripped down sound and contains samples from "Fly Robin Fly" by Silver Convention and "I Am Woman" by The Cover Girls. A "How High Part II" single was also released in 2001 and placed on the same soundtrack.

It is the only single for Redman and Method Man to be certified gold by RIAA.[1]
