Hovensa

Hovensa is a petroleum refinery locating on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. The refinery is a joint venture between Hess Corporation and Petroleos de Venezuela that mostly supplies heating oil and gasoline to the U.S Gulf Coast and the eastern seaboard with the crude mainly sourced from Venezuela. At a capacity of 495,000 barrels per day it is one of the largest refineries in the world.
