Description	A cheap method of building houses on Russell Island in Moreton Bay, Queensland, Australia, is to import old mining town houses by barge, escorted by police along the islands roads and then rennovate. Builders lodge a large bond with Redland Council to ensure that the work is completed to an acceptable standard. Hundreds have been imported.
