Removed the bit about Michael Attwell's character being fired because of Michael Attwell's death, as Mr Attwell participated in the scenes where his character is dismissed and then leaves the hotel. I doubt that many scenes could be created digitally. kju 15:22, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
