Kidou Senshi Z-Gundam: Hot Scramble

Kidou Senshi Z-Gundam: Hot Scramble released on the Nintendo Famicom console in 1986 by Bandai. The title translates to Mobile Suit Gundam and is based on the highly popular Anime series. The game is in two parts. The first is a shooting section where the player moves a sight around the screen in order to blast the bad guys out of the sky. Following this is a standard platforming section which concludes with a boss battle.
This game was actually the very first console game based on Gundam and there have been an immeasurable number since. The very first Gundam game was Mobile Suit Gundam Last Shooting for the Japanese MSX computer which predates Hot Scramble by two years.
