Hot Springs High School is a public secondary school located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs High School is administered by the Hot Springs School District.

Students are provided opportunities to take classes in the Fine Arts, foreign languages (French and Spanish), Health, Physical Education, Science, Social Studies, Speech, and vocational studies in Business Technology and Family Consumer Sciences.
Since 2004, Hot Springs students can participate the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme.

The Hot Springs Trojans compete in several sports, including football, basketball, baseball, softball, boys and girls soccer, track and field.
