Hoshin commonly refers to:

  • Hoshin Kanri: a strategic planning methodology (Plan-Do-Check-Act) used to create goals, assign them measurable milestones, and assess progress against those milestones.
  • Hoshin Roshi Ryu, Hoshinroshi Ryu Jutaijutsu, or Hoshinjutsu: an American combative art based on Eastern and Western martial traditions.
  • Hoshin budo ryu: Grandmaster Rob Williams was trained in Hoshin Roshi Ryu but started his own school.
