The info on Shadowfax orginally developed at Shadowfax. I have moved that edit history to Talk:Horses of Middle-earth/Shadowfax history.

Contents

[edit] Karim Abdul Jabar

This is clever, but Karim Abdul Jabar is definitely not a horse of middle-earth.

[edit] Shadowfax photo

Shadowfax is of course fictional, and as such the photograph in the article cannot be of him. If it is of the horse which portrayed Shadowfax in the film, please note this. Hairy Dude 20:40, 9 January 2006 (UTC)

Apparently it is, so I've noted it. Hairy Dude 00:27, 10 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Created and expanded a ponies section

See section, which I created, in article, on ponies. Should ponies be in a "Horses" article? Should the five hobbit ponies have separate entries or be amalgamated somehow? Carcharoth 10:55, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

The word 'pony' is just a description applied (somewhat inconsistently) to some horses. Ergo, I think it is correct to include the horses which happen to be ponies here. Separate entries for the five ponies are probably ok. --CBDunkerson 15:07, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Brego

Is it worth mentioning that Aragorn rode a horse called Brego in the Peter Jackson films? Douglasnicol 13:30, 20 December 2006 (UTC)
