Horror Show is an album by the American heavy metal band Iced Earth, released June 26, 2001. It is a concept album based on classic monsters and horror-movie icons, including Dracula, Frankenstein, and the ghost from Phantom of the Opera. It was the last Iced Earth album to feature the vocalist Matt Barlow, aside from the separately released tribute album, Tribute to the Gods. As well, it was the only album to feature Steve DiGiorgio on bass, though he didn't tour with the band.

There was a special, limited-edition 2CD set. The second CD featured the instrumental track "Transylvania" (an Iron Maiden cover) along with an interview with bandleader Jon Schaffer.
