Hornnes

Hornnes is a village and former municipality in Aust-Agder county, Norway.

The municipality was created by the split of Hornnes og Iveland into Hornnes and Iveland on 1 January 1886. At that time Hornnes had a population of 1,113.

On 1 January 1960 Hornnes was merged with Evje to form the new municipality Evje og Hornnes. Prior to the merger Hornnes had a population of 1,280.
