Hornchurch and Upminster will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.
Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London, the Boundary Commission for England have created a new constituency of Hornchcurch and Upminster.

Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London, the electoral wards used by the Boundary Commission for England in this constituency will include most, but not all, of the area of the former constituencies of Hornchurch and Upminster.
- Cranham, Emerson Park, Gooshays, Hacton, Harold Wood, Heaton, St Andrew’s and Upminster
