Horn generally refers to:
- Horn (anatomy), a hollow, stiff, pointed projection of the skin of various animals, as an organ or its material
Horn can also refer to things that are made from, and/or are shaped like, the anatomical object:
- Horn (acoustic), an open-ended tapered sound-guide to match a sound-producing device to the characteristic impedance of free space
- Horn (instrument), sometimes called a "French horn," a brass musical instrument constructed of coiled tubing
- The brass and woodwind musicians in a jazz or R&B band are sometimes referred to collectively as the horn section; "horn" can be a slang reference to any of those instruments
