Horacio Lugo

José Horacio Lugo played professional soccer for more than 15 years, and after retiring moved to Richmond, Virginia. Lugo won consecutive championships without a single loss, 1979-83.
Lugo's first experience with a professional association working to teach the sport to young people was 1981-1983 in Buenos Aires Argentina. He is the director of player development at Chesterfield United Soccer Club, and currently coaches the U13 Girls Elite and U13 Boys Elite.
