Horažďovice (IPA: [ˈɦoraʒɟovɪtsɛ]; German: Horaschdowitz) is a town in the Pilsen Region of the Czech Republic. It lies on the River Otava, some 50 km (31 mi) to the South-West from the region capital of Pilsen.
Horažďovice is also a Municipality with Extended Competence and a Municipality with Commissioned Local Authority within the same borders.
