HOPE (Hydrogen Outreach Program for Education) is a program chartered and funded by the U.S. Department of Energy Hydrogen Program. It is a curriculum kit developed to teach secondary school students about the use of hydrogen as a fuel. It is a book, a cdrom, two videos, costs $295.00, was written by Mary Rose de Valladares, consultant for the hydrogen industry, and is sold by ecosoul.
