[edit] Plot synopis

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Drake is accused of placing his English teacher Mrs. Hayfer's car in her room as a prank. He must go to a "trial" in front of the school's honor council, with Josh as his "lawyer." Mrs. Hayfer's "lawyer" is Mindy Crenshaw, Josh's nemesis. After a long trial, Josh manages to prove that Mindy is guilty of committing the prank in revenge for Mrs. Hayfer giving Mindy her first "B."

[edit] Notes

  • In this episode, it is revealed that Megan has her own website, Megan Parker.com. On the website, she has a Boob Clip of the Week, starring herself and her friend Addie, played by Emma Roberts (a crossover from Roberts' show Unfabulous). Other features include a quiz about the show, All That, and a feature that lets you hear Drake's music (which she describes as "not bad"). Megan Parker.com is a real website and leads to Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 page.
  • First appearance of Mindy Crenshaw.
  • Megan once again helps Drake in this episode because "making Drake upset is her job."
  • This is the first time Drake called his dad "Walter".
  • When Josh answers to Mrs. Hayfer as, Montagues and the Hathaways, he must have gone mistaken with Anne Hathaway. She was the wife of William Shakespeare, the author who wrote Romeo and Juliet.
