The Hong Kong Fringe Club (香港藝穗會) is a non-profit-making organisation and a recognised charity in the Hong Kong SAR. The club provides rent-free exhibition and performance facilities to Hong Kong and international artists and performers.

The operation of this organisation is supported by earned income from its "Food & Beverage" facilities, ticket sales, advertising, sponsorship and donations.

The Club is now situated in a building previously used by Dairy Farm, a building built in 1892 on Lower Albert Road, Central.
