[edit] Sloth
Can someone please put a picture of the revealed Sloth on the page. Evilgidgit 12:43, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Father
Maybe a section on Father should be added to this section? After all, his body is composed of the same elements as theirs, hinting he may be homunculi, but, they are his "children", they share his soul, correct? Also, he's the lead antagonist in the manga, Dante has her own section, giving Father one seems appropriate to me...I suggest placng it here since he created the homunculus and all.
- not enough information is really known about Father to do a full part for him. once the manga reveals more, or if someone from Japan who knows enough English does, there is not a way to give him much of anything other than a passing mention every few sentences. - IP: 24.19.81.253, 02 April, 2007
[edit] Envy as a "he"
It is my impression that Envy was designed to be androgynous. Should we really imply that Envy is male?--68.57.170.209 05:34, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
- What then, “it”? —Frungi 21:10, 24 December 2006 (UTC)
- First of all, several forms of differently- or non-gendered pronouns exist. Secondly, this is a fabricated human-mimicking entity. "It" seems entirely fair. Cheeser1 05:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
- he's only androgynous in the anime. IP: 24.19.81.253, 02 April, 2007

[edit] Sloth's Description
Okay, this is getting very annoying. I keep trying to correctly edit Sloth's blurb and some one is continuously returning it to it's incorrect former description.
Sloth is not an amalagate of Gluttony and Envy's True form. Envy's true form is even displayed on this page and Sloth looks nothing like that! Sloth looks like a muscular version of Envy's "cute" default form.
I'd like a correct revision made to the article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 68.33.9.99 (talk) 14:59, 3 March 2007 (UTC).
[edit] Mispronounciation
Why do you anime/manga fans use Japaneses mispronunciations as actual pronunciations? It´s not "puraido" it´s PRIDE and so on... pardon my French: but for fucks sake just because the japs can´t speak English doesn´t make it canon. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 82.117.96.5 (talk) 17:25, 22 March 2007 (UTC).
- The third entry in the {{nihongo}} template, you mean? The reason it's the Japanese mispronunciation is because it's supposed to be the literal pronunciation of the kana used to write the name. We refer to her as Lust, but the Japanese characters used to write the name are Ra-su-to. (A decent seiyu would gloss over the u and o though, giving a real pronunciation more like "Rawst") --tjstrf talk 18:55, 22 March 2007 (UTC)
- and just because you don't understand the Japanese language doesn't give you the right to call them 'mispronounciations'. that is how the Japanese pronounce the names, because of their language being different from ours. IP: 24.19.81.253, 02 April, 2007
