Homestead Technologies is a paid web hosting service based in Menlo Park, California. It has existed in various forms since launching in 1998 as a free service. Since then, it has expanded to include WYSIWIG site building tools ("SiteBuilder LPX", a downloadable tool, and the web-based "SiteBuilder lite") and e-commerce services (see Homestead StoreFront).

Homestead Technologies was also home to Photosite, a web hosting service tailored to amateur digital photography. In March 2005, Photosite was sold to United Online (see press release).

Homestead's CEO, Justin Kitch, has a blog. It recently created controversy on digg when it stated that customers were its third highest priority.
