Homestead 2 Da 44 is a mixtape album by southen rap group The Color Changin' Click. This particular album was done by the duo formed from the click, Paul Wall & Chamillionaire, while they were still working with Michael 5000 Watts from 1999-2000. Featured 17 tracks by the duo, many were featured on Chamillionaire's Greatest Hits album released in 2003. All the tracks were made off of other artists' instrumentals. During this period, Chamillionaire's name was Chamillion, not adding the "aire" to it yet. Rapping lines saying "My real name is Hakeem, don't call me that ya hear?, I'm about to change my name from Chamillion to the Chamillionaire." While on this album Paul Wall solidified his "I can catch boppas," and "What it do it's Paul Wall..." lines on this mixtape album.
