This article contains far too many uses of the word 'you'. Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, and as such should not contain 2nd person 'how-to' type instructions. They should be rewritten in appropriate tone under a 'Treatment' heading. Dallas 12:18, 15 August 2006 (UTC)
