I dispute the idea that 'My Body The Hand Grenade' is considered a rarity by Hole fans - it is not hard to get at all.

Well,I cant find it anywhere So awful 23:10, 9 October 2006 (UTC)So Awful

I looked in every store I know that stocks record, on Amazon and on HMV.co.uk and I couldn't find it. I can barely find 'Pretty On The Inside' where I live... —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 212.139.171.139 (talk • contribs).

[edit] Song explanations

There is no factual basis for the song explanations under the Celebrity Skin heading, and what's more Love has explicitly said she didn't "make a widow record". Further, I don't think it's appropriate for an encyclopedia to state the meaning of art. Any intelligent artist would hate that. From SPIN interview, 1998: 'Love refused to offer up explanations for the lyrics. Love had said there was a personal subtext in some of the songs, but she was unwilling to decode the messages. "I won't talk about it because it's none of your business," she said simply. "Because you will never know."' From SPIN.com: "This Kurt thing has burdened me so much. In a lot of ways, I wish I just had a baby with him and didn't marry him. I could've gone my own way." 68.127.22.169 21:58, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Possible spam

This was triggering the spam filter, so I took it out of the main text: "An online petition was started by a member of the Kittyradio.com Message Boards to show Courtney's managment/record company executives that their is an desire for this type of item. Currently with 1000+ signatures, the petition can be viewed at [:www.petitiononline.com/hole/petition.html this location]."

I think it should be mentioned that some consider Hole to be a rip off of Babes in Toyland.--128.59.143.41 05:25, 28 October 2005 (UTC)

Why? --Manboobies 06:26, 30 March 2006 (UTC)
Considering that Courtney Love used to be in Babes in Toyland, it's no surprise that there are some similarities between the two bands, but I wouldn't say Hole is a rip-off. Scientivore 06:10, 6 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What happened on the 2nd of October 2003?

I think the line "Courtney Love´s October 2, 2003 incident" should be changed or explained. This is-try to be- an encyclopedia not a fan site. I used to listen to Hole and know something about Love´s public affairs but I have no idea of what happened that day. 19:35, 5-June-2006, Rru

[edit] Pictures

This article really needs some pictures. I'll get somethin with Courtney Love that already is uploaded on here, but we need pictures of the band altogether. If anyone has albums/EPs/singles, look for any pics of the band in the inserts. You can upload these (make sure you state that you scanned them from w/e insert) and tag it with the licence {{promophoto}}. Then integrate them into the article, it would improve it greatly. Cheers. -- Reaper X 20:18, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] The Hultsfred incident

Why dont this article say about the sad accident under a Hole concert on the Hultsfred Festival in Sweden 1998, a female fan got killed? --Krakatowa 09:56, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
