The holy martyrs of Sinai contested during the reign of Roman Emperor Diocletian, about the year 296.

The holy martyrs of Raithu were slain about the middle of the fifth century.

The perpetrators of the massacres of both martyrs were the barbarian tribe called Blemmyes, from parts of Arabia and Egypt.

The names of the fathers were Isaiah, Sabbas, Moses, Jeremiah, Paul, Adam, Sergius, Domnus, Proclus, Hypatius, Isaac, Macarius, Mark, Benjamin, Eusebius, and Elias.

The memory of all these Saints is celebrated on January 14 by the Christian Orthodox Church.
