Holocaust (band)

Holocaust are a heavy metal band from Scotland. They were founded in Edinburgh in the late 1970s and were part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement.

Former guitarist Ed Dudley and drummer Raymond Marciano formed a band called Hologram, seeking to go in a more melodic hard rock direction than their prior band. The group released one record, 1983's Steal the Stars.
Metallica covered the song The Small Hours on their 1987 EP Garage Days Re-Revisited.
Gamma Ray covered the song Heavy Metal Mania on their 1996 live album Alive '95.
