Hollywood Pictures Backlot

Hollywood Pictures Backlot is a themed land at Disney's California Adventure park at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The area is based as a backlot of a Hollywood studio and has attractions themed to this concept. Hollywood Pictures Backlot opened with the park in 2001. The thrill attraction The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror opened in 2004, and Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue, based on the Disney/Pixar movie Monsters, Inc., opened in 2006 as part of the resort's 50th anniversary.
