Holly River State Park is located in Webster County, West Virginia on WV 20, 32 miles south of Buckhannon and 20 miles north of Webster Springs. It is the second largest park in the West Virginia state park system with a total of 8,101 acres (32.8 km²). It features an 88 unit campground that has electric hookups, picnic tables, and grills at each site.

Accessibility for the disabled was assessed by West Virginia University. The assessment found the campground, picnic shelters, swimming pool, and playground to be accessible.[1] During the 2005 assessment some issues were identified concerning signage and slippery stairways.
