Holland Home
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Holland Home is a non-profit organization that runs several long-term care facilities in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Its facilities include Raybrook Manor, Raybrook Estates, Breton Manor, Breton Terrace, Breton Woods, Fulton Manor, and Trillium Woods. Holland Home began in 1892 as a single house founded by the Holland Union Benevolent Association and has been in continuous operation since. According to its website, Holland Home is the largest long-term care organization in Michigan and the 36th largest in the United States.
In June 2006, Holland Home opened a new campus called Trillium Woods and rebranded its hospice program as Faith Hospice, to reflect that program's wider ecumenical appeal beyond the traditional Dutch and Reformed implied by the Holland Home name.
