Holland & Knight

Holland & Knight LLP is one of the world's largest law firms, with over 1,100 attorneys in 17 offices across the United States and six other countries. It is named after Spessard Holland and Peter O. Knight, who independently founded two law firms in Florida that were merged in 1968 under the leadership of attorney Chesterfield Smith.
