• Sir James Holburn, 1st Baronet died Jan 1737
• Sir James Holburn, 2nd Baronet died 26 Jul 1758
• Sir Alexander Holburn, 3rd Baronet died 22 Jan 1772
• Sir Francis Holburn, 4th Baronet died 13 Sep 1820
• Sir Thomas William Holburn, 5th Baronet born c.1793 died 17 Dec 1874. On his death the baronetcy became extinct or dormant.
