Hocus Focus is the twenty-fourth episode of season four of the television situation comedy Will & Grace.

Will wins a portrait sitting at a charity auction with a famous photographer, and takes Grace along where they get to know the photographer's eccentric nature. But when the resulting photo makes Will out to look ugly, he determines to go back for another. And Jack incorporates magic into his show, only to find that his new assistant - Karen - is the one really stealing the show.
