Hobart Corporation

Hobart is a manufacturer of equipment used in food service operations. The company produces and sells equipment world wide; known especially for its industrial mixers. Hobart began manufacturing coffee mills in 1897, in Troy, Ohio and has expanded to produce mixers, slicers, washers, and refrigerators.[1]
