Ho Ping (何平, pinyin: Hé Píng, born in 1958 in Hsin Chu, Taiwan) is a film director. He graduated from Chemical Engineering of Tunghai University. Because interested in art and painting, he studied filmmaking in the US after graduated. In 1987, he got MFA degree of Syracuse University. Then he went back to Taiwan to do filmmaking.
