This ship is very notable because she is the LAST wooden ship of the line built by the Royal Navy. I will try and find some images and more info in the weeks to come. TruthCrusader 22:08, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Well, now the article is not a stub anymore :o). Please post some more pictures! I have a couple also, but have to look through my archives first. Strictly speaking, the last wooden ship of the line built by the Royal Navy was the Defiance, launched 27.03.1861. The last ship laid down as a wooden battleship (on 01.10.1860) was the Caledonia, and the last to be completed the Gibraltar. Hostilian 19:53, 31.August 2006 (UTC)
