Bold textH.M.S. ARK ROYAL, isn`t she beautiful.... I spent a lot of happy years aboard this great lady of the seas. I first served on board with 892 squadron (phantoms) for two and a half years. After a break of two years I was drafted back as part of her crew, for another 3 years. The programme that BBC made about this great lady `Sailing` was a tribute to her and her crew.

I still have a lot of happy, happy memories of this lovely lady.

Gone but never forgotten
