Two ships of the Royal Navy have been named HMS Rose after the rose:
- Rose, launched in 1757, was a sixth-rate frigate. She fought in the American Revolutionary War, finally being sunk as a block ship off Savannah, Georgia in 1779.
- Rose (K102), launched in 1941, was a Flower-class corvette. She was transferred to the Royal Norwegian Navy and sunk on 26 October 1944 after colliding with HMS Manners.
