HMS Parthian

Five ships of the Royal Navy have been named HMS Parthian. The Parthian Empire dominated Persia for nearly five hundred years.
- HMS Parthian, 10, a Cherokee class brig sloop launched in 1808 and wrecked on the coast of Egypt in 1828.
- HMS Parthian, a wooden screw gunvessel ordered from Deptford Dockyard in 1846 and cancelled in 1849.
- HMS Parthian, a wooden gunboat launched in 1856 and broken up in 1864.
- HMS Parthian, an M class destroyer launched in 1916 and sold for scrapping in 1921.
- HMS Parthian, the lead boat in a class of 6 submarines, launched in 1929, and sunk with all hands in 1943, probably by a naval mine.
