HMSS Hephaestus is the premiere shipyard of the Royal Manticoran Navy. It is in orbit around the planet Manticore. It is named after the ancient god, Hephaestus. It is about 70 kilometers long.



The HMSS Hephaestus, Manticore, and the Royal Manticoran Navy are all fictional elements of the Honorverse, a series of books written by David Weber and published by Baen Books.
