HMCS Skeena D59) was an A class destroyer built for the RCN by John I. Thornycroft & Company
Skeena (1) was commissioned into the RCN in June 1931. A member of the River class of destroyers, she wore pennants D59 and then 159. She served her career in World War II. She was lost in a grounding off Videy Island , Iceland in October 1944. Skeena (11) is a member of the St. Laurent class of destroyers. She was commissioned in March 1957. She underwent the conversion to an Improved St. Laurent class DDH, and recommissioned in August 1965. She currently wears pennant 207.
