Cowichan (I) was a Bangor class minesweeper, commissioned in July 1941, and she wore pennant J146 until she was paid off in October 1945. Cowichan (II) was a Bay class minesweeper, and she wore pennant 147 from her commissioning in December 1953 until she was paid off in March 1954. She was then transferred to the French Navy. Cowichan (III) is also a Bay class minesweeper. Commissioned in December 1957, she currently wears pennant 162.
