Hlučín (IPA: [ˈɦlʊtʃi:n]; German: Hultschin, Polish: Hulczyn) is a city in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic.

It is the center of the Hlučínsko area which was as Hultschiner Ländchen part of Germany and Silesia until 1920.

The population is 14,500 as of 2004.
