HJ-9

The Hong Jian-9 (Red Arrow) is an anti-tank missile system deployed by the People's Liberation Army. It is the Chinese equivalent of the South African Ingwe antitank missile, and like its South African counterpart, its guidance is laser-beam-riding. The maximum range is up to 6 km, and the missile is said to be more powerful than the HJ-8. The missile can be fired from different platforms, such as helicopters, vehicles, and tripods. Like the HJ-8, HJ-9 utilizes disposable container/launching tube.
