[edit] Summary
I modified GrCampbell's existing Wikipedia H.I.V. map of the same name (less the "x3" at the end of it). There was no colouring where Azerbaijan was! Azerbaijan was done in white, so blanked out, and therefore appeared to be part of the sea! I added the country's out-line and shaded it gray for "no data available". I also shaded in the Balearic islands (Mallorca, etc) the same colour as the Spanish mainland, since they're intrinsically included in the Spanish state, but were left grey by mistake on the original map. Questionable facts on the original map. U.N.A.I.D.S. and/or Avert.com figures for 2005 listed theses rates of infection in the following countries - Azerbaijan- 0.1%, Haiti- 3.8%, Barbados- 1.5, Grenada- <0.1%, The Dominican republic has started to defeat H.I.V./A.I.D.S. with good heath-care, but Haiti is too poor to have a decent heath-care system and is losing the battle against A.I.D.S. according to Avert.com.
