Brian Bailey (born 1974), better known by his stage name Hittman, is an African American rapper. He was prominently featured in Dr. Dre's multi-platinum selling album 2001, with appearances on nine of the album's 22 tracks. This makes him the most represented of 2001's more than twenty guest artists.

While some thought he would become Dre's new protégé, as Snoop Dogg had been seven years earlier after his participation on The Chronic, Hittman was not a part of the successful "Up in Smoke" tour (which included Dr. Dre, Eminem, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, and Xzibit and others) and never released a debut album on any major label. Dre went on to produce for other artists, apparently choosing to develop these performers over Hittman.

Hittman was later suddenly dropped from Aftermath Entertainment. His album Murda Weapon was finished but never released. He was featured in a promotional trailer at the end of Dr. Dre's hit single "Forgot About Dre". The snippet was from a track called Last Dayz which was never officially released in stores but did have an official release on Itunes and the Sickbayrecords website, under the name Hittmatic Verses.

Hittman has since continued to write music for other artists. He released a solo album Hittmanic Verses on an independent label named Sickbay Records. In recent interviews he has revealed that he is working on two new records Big Hitt: The Last Days of Brian Bailey and Hitt's Big Crew, and that he also has formed two new rap groups: "The Constructicons" and "The Man Act" (with frequent Dre collaborator Mel-Man).

Hittman is quoted in his song "Last Dayz" as saying his name, in acronym format, stands for "Highly Intensive Tongue Talents Makin' All Nervous".
