And I'd like to see a citation regarding Castro's reading of Mein Kampf.

Loose translation indeed! I'm sure all sorts of people that have been found guilty say things like "Go ahead, convict me. I will be proven innocent." I would say this is POV and should be removed.

[edit] Inconsistency between articles

Hi, the article for the Moncada Barracks Attack says that a reporter took down Castro's speech, whereas this article's introduction states that "no record was kept" and Fidel reconstructed his speech later.
