HITN-TV, established in 1987, is a branch of HITN and provides non-commercial Spanish language educational programming in the United States. It remains the first and only media conduit offering educational, enriching and empowering content to our nation's fastest growing ethnic group. It is a public television network, much like the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). As per a Nielsen Media Research study, HITN-TV is positioned among the Top 10 Spanish language cable networks in the country.
