Hisham Fouad Greis (Arabic: هشام فؤاد جريس‎) is an Egyptian athlete

One of a few Egyptians to hold Gold medals in African Athletic events

Along with his colleagues Nagui Asaad,Hassan Ahmed Hamad and Mohamed Naguib Hamed formed one of the strongest Egyptian teams in throw events,which is cosidered by a lot of Egyptian sport experts to be the strongest team Egypt had.

• Bronze medalist in of the African championship in Hammer throw, 1979.^[2].

• Twice Gold medalist in Hammer throw,of East and Central African Championships 1981, 1982^[3]
