Fair use of low resolution image to accompany articles about the artist and his work. This work is world famous and achieved the second highest record for sale of work by a living artist. It is an iconic work, and widely known, as is the photograph of it taken from this angle. It is considered that fair use may be made of this image in articles also where the work is an important feature related to the subject of that article, namely Saatchi Gallery and Young British Artists and where it has been directly critiqued as with the Stuckists.
